Founded in 2006 in Kendal as a small tented gathering, Kendal Calling has been staged since 2009 at Lowther Deer Park, a fourteenth century deer park adjoining the ruins of Lowther Castle in the Lake District, Cumbria. The lineup spans rock, pop and electronic acts across multiple stages set within this hilly northern English landscape.
