KOBE MELLOW CRUISE

Kobe Mellow Cruise brings together urban music, art, fashion and food on the Kobe waterfront. Launched in the early 2020s, it was first held at Meriken Park before moving to Tottei Park and GLION Arena Kobe, a site closer to the city center. Its lineup, revealed in successive waves, features Japanese and international hip hop and R&B artists.
