La londe jazz festival

Founded in 2009, the festival takes place on the Argentière beach in La Londe-les-Maures, in a pine-shaded park on the Mediterranean shore. Entry is free, and the programme, run by a local association, favours jazz and cross-genre artists over headline-driven bookings. Concerts run on three stages each evening, drawing an average audience of about 1,800 people per night.
