Le blues autour du zinc has animated the cafes, halls and streets of Beauvais, France, each spring for more than thirty years. Founded by Laurent Macimba, who recently handed artistic direction to Arnaud Bel, it combines a blues-rooted lineup with headliners from song and contemporary music. It relies on strong volunteer involvement and spreads across several venues rather than a single site.
