Les Arts métis

Les Arts Métis festival has made its summer home at the open-air theatre in Balaruc-les-Bains, in the Hérault, since 2015. Founded by guitarist and composer Jean-Marie Frédéric, it offers free programming centered on world music and cross-cultural jazz, blending French chanson, Afro-American soul and South American influences. The event is designed above all as a warm, participatory space for artists and audiences to meet and exchange.
