About
Les Jazzeries d'Hiver is held every January in Saint-Étienne and its surrounding area, organized by the association Gaga Jazz, founded in 2004, with the first edition dating back to 2011. Over two to three weeks, the festival offers concerts, cine-concerts, screenings and jam sessions at several venues around the city, including Le Fil and Le Solar. It brings together national and international jazz artists alongside regional talent, covering the genre's many facets, from bebop to contemporary jazz, gypsy jazz and blues.
