About
Founded in 2009, Les Meridiennes takes place in the courtyard and halls of the Centre musical Ockeghem, on Place Chateauneuf in Tours, near the Tour Charlemagne. The program blends classical music, world music and French chanson, with particular attention to featuring women artists. The festival also offers relaxing musical reading sessions and participatory singing workshops.
