Les plages musicales

Les Plages Musicales d'Hardelot is held every summer in Hardelot-Plage, on the Opal Coast, with concerts staged on the beach, in churches and in theatres. Founded and led for more than forty years by Claude Desmarets, the festival is now under the artistic direction of pianist Philippe Cassard. Its eclectic classical programme brings together French and international artists in settings that pair nature with heritage architecture.
