M For Montreal

Founded in 2006 by Sébastien Nasra and Martin Elbourne, M for Montreal takes place each third weekend of November across several venues in Montreal. It pairs roughly a hundred showcase concerts with a professional strand of conferences and international delegates, aimed at exporting Quebec's music scene abroad. Grimes, Mac DeMarco and Men I Trust performed there early in their careers.
