Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Fest

Michael Arnone's Crawfish Fest is held every year in Augusta, New Jersey, at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. Started in 1989 as a small crawfish boil among friends, it has grown into one of the country's leading celebrations of Louisiana music and food, spanning Cajun, zydeco, Delta blues, New Orleans R&B, brass, gospel and jazz. It stands out for its convivial atmosphere and its Louisiana cuisine cooked on site by chefs brought in from the state.
