Port-au-Prince International Jazz Festival

The Port-au-Prince International Jazz Festival, known as PAPJAZZ, has taken place every January in Port-au-Prince since 2007. Bars, restaurants and cultural spaces across the city turn into jazz venues, with most shows free and a few ticketed evenings featuring headline acts. It brings together Haitian musicians alongside artists from the Caribbean, the Americas, Europe and Africa, with a lineup staying close to true jazz.
