Overview
About
Purple City Music Festival takes place across several downtown venues in Edmonton, Canada, over three days. It grew out of the Up + Downtown Music Festival launched in 2013 and was rebranded in 2020 to reflect a focus on diverse underground scenes. Run by the non-profit Rain Shadow Productions, it is an all-ages event that pairs its concerts with panels and public programming.
