Quilmes Rock

Quilmes Rock is a major Argentine rock festival launched in 2002 and staged in and around Buenos Aires, now at Tecnópolis in Villa Martelli. Sponsored by, and named after, the Quilmes brewery, it helped revive the local rock scene in the wake of Argentina's early-2000s economic crisis. Its lineup mixes veteran Argentine acts with international headliners across rock, pop, punk, indie and metal, drawing crowds that can run into the tens of thousands.
