Rencontres Musicales de Chaon

The Rencontres Musicales de Chaon take place every year, on the last weekend of June, in this small village in the Loir-et-Cher. Over three days, the festival brings together young international and regional virtuosos in a programme that mixes classical music and jazz, featuring symphonic orchestras and jazz ensembles. It is led by violinist Fedor Rudin, former principal violin of the Vienna Philharmonic, who serves as artistic director.
