Rencontres musicales de Vézelay

The Rencontres musicales de Vézelay take place each summer in the village of Vézelay and its UNESCO-listed basilica in Burgundy. Founded in 1999 by choirmaster Pierre Cao and his ensemble Arsys Bourgogne, the gathering has grown into one of Europe's leading vocal music events, drawing thousands of music lovers. The programme spans a wide repertoire from medieval polyphony to contemporary works, complemented by talks and singing workshops.
