Rock Is Bac'

Rock Is Bac' grew out of a wish by the Amicale Laïque de Bacalan and a collective of volunteer local residents to spotlight homegrown bands. It takes place on Place Adolphe Buscaillet, by the old public baths, in the working-class Bacalan neighborhood of northern Bordeaux. Free and festive, the event brings together local, veteran and touring acts across rock, blues, funk, punk and brass-band styles.
