Rubber City Jazz & Blues Festival

The Rubber City Jazz & Blues Festival fills downtown Akron, Ohio, across multiple venues including Lock 3, Musica, BLU Jazz+, the Akron Art Museum, the public library and Cascade Plaza. Organized by Open Tone Music for roughly a decade, it showcases established local musicians, emerging artists and young performers from the city's music schools. Most performances are free and open to the public, alongside educational workshops led by the artists.
