Saint-Fons jazz festival

Saint-Fons Jazz brings together concerts, workshops, masterclasses and talks around jazz in the town of Saint-Fons, near Lyon, now run over a condensed week-long format by the municipal theater. The lineup mixes established names with younger acts, with a particular focus on women in jazz and on young audiences, including a silent-film cine-concert. The festival also pays tribute to its former director, Norbert Gelsumini, a founding figure of the event.
