San Jose Jazz Summer Fest

San Jose Jazz Summer Fest takes place in downtown San Jose, California, and has run since 1990. What began as a small event split between fusion and straight-ahead jazz has grown over the decades into one of the largest free jazz festivals in the United States, spread across multiple stages in a walkable downtown footprint. The lineup blends jazz and Latin jazz with salsa, R&B, soul, funk and other Afro-Caribbean and Latino sounds.
