About
The Snake City Jazz Festival has been held in Slangerup, Denmark, since 2007. Organised by volunteers on a non-profit basis, it offers five days of music across several stages, including a festival tent, centred on swinging, danceable jazz that opens up to other styles in the evening. Its line-ups have included Dutch Swing College, Hot Jazz Band and Bourbon Street Jazzband.
