Splendour in the Grass

Launched in 2001 near Byron Bay, New South Wales, Splendour in the Grass settled at North Byron Parklands (Yelgun) and runs over three days in the Australian winter. It brings together indie rock, hip-hop, pop and electronic acts across multiple stages, alongside circus and dance workshops and art installations spotlighting Aboriginal heritage. The festival went on hiatus after its 2024 edition was cancelled.
