Takatsuki Jazz Street

Takatsuki Jazz Street fills the streets and public venues of downtown Takatsuki, in Osaka Prefecture, with live jazz every year. Launched in 1999, it is Japan's largest free-admission jazz festival, with hundreds of bands performing across dozens of stages, from concert halls to parks, cafes and bars. Run entirely by volunteers, it turns the whole city into a walkable music trail for audiences to wander between shows.
