About
Founded in 2003 by the association Blues & Co in Thouars, in the Deux-Sevres department, this festival is devoted to blues and highlights lesser known strands of the genre, such as Philadelphia, Atlanta and Spanish blues, through concerts, masterclasses and gatherings. Part of the programme takes place for free around town and along the banks of the Thouet river.
