The Other's Way

The Other's Way turns Karangahape Road, Auckland's alternative strip, into a large street music party every year. Launched in 2015, the festival spreads an eclectic lineup across the neighbourhood's bars and venues, spanning indie, pop, electronic, hip hop, soul, punk, metal and folk. It has become a fixture of New Zealand's music scene, at one point closing off the whole stretch between Queen Street and Pitt Street around a main stage.
