Tout en haut du jazz is a traveling festival held each November across several towns in the former mining basin around Lens, coordinated by the organization Droit de Cité. Born from several cultural venues pooling their jazz programming, it offers a varied lineup of established and emerging artists, from Rhoda Scott to La Chica. The festival aims to bring jazz closer to local audiences throughout the region.
