Tremplin jazz d'avignon

Founded in 1992 in Avignon, the Tremplin Jazz became a European competition in 2000, open to young jazz musicians from across the continent. Over several days, an expert jury judges the competitors in a spirit of discovery and encounter between emerging talents. Alongside the contest, a series of concerts rounds out the event and keeps Avignon's jazz scene lively.
