About
The Waterfront Blues Fest has taken place since 1988 in Tom McCall Waterfront Park, along the Willamette River in Portland. Founded as the Rose City Blues Festival, it remained free with donations encouraged for nearly three decades before ticketing began in 2016, and channels part of its proceeds to the Oregon Food Bank. The lineup spans traditional and more contemporary blues.
