AFEKT is Estonia's leading contemporary music festival, staged in Tallinn and other Estonian towns. It spotlights contemporary composers, from Arvo Pärt to international figures such as Helmut Lachenmann, through concerts, talks and workshops. Running for a quarter of a century, it has grown into a recognized platform on the European contemporary music scene.
