Avantin Suvisoitto 2026

Founded in 1986 by members of the Avanti! Chamber Orchestra, this contemporary classical music festival takes place each summer in Porvoo, a historic coastal town in Finland, with rehearsals centred on Sannäs Manor. The programme pairs newly commissioned works with Finnish premieres, under a different guest artistic director each year. The 2026 edition features composer Eric Wubbels.
