Blues Festival Grounds

Blues sur Seine is a roving festival created by Jean Guillermo that spreads blues concerts across some twenty towns in the Yvelines area west of Paris, including Mantes-la-Jolie, over several weeks in the autumn. Beyond regular concert venues, artists also perform in schools, hospitals, retirement homes and prisons, taking the music outside the usual circuits.
