Created in 2015 by the contemporary music venue le 106, Rush became a touring festival in 2023, staging free concerts in unusual settings around the Rouen metropolitan area, including the Hôtel de Ville gardens, the Canteleu forest and the Saint Martin de Boscherville abbey. Its programming favours world music and emerging international acts.
