Blues sur Seine has brought blues and African American music groups to the Seine valley for about twenty years, centered on Mantes-la-Ville and Mantes-la-Jolie. The festival spreads across several towns in the Grand Paris Seine et Oise area, featuring a showcase for emerging artists and touring acts such as the Tracteur Blues.
