About
Brosella is Brussels's longest-running festival, celebrating folk, jazz and urban music since 1977 in the open-air theatre of Osseghem Park, at the foot of the Atomium. Launched as a folk festival, it added jazz in 1982 and now alternates, over a July weekend, a day devoted to each genre, bringing together established artists and rising talent. Accordionist Toots Thielemans served as the festival's godfather until his death in 2016.
