Estival Jazz Lugano

Estival Jazz has taken place in Lugano, in the Ticino region, every summer since its founding in 1979. The free, open-air festival presents around twenty to thirty concerts over three days, dedicated to jazz in all its forms and, more recently, to world music as well. It has grown into a major regional tradition, drawing international musicians and large crowds, with broadcast coverage on Ticino's RSI television.
