Festival Bach de Belvès

Founded in 1980, this festival runs each summer in the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church of Belvès, a village listed among the Plus Beaux Villages de France, home to a restored organ. The programme, centred on Johann Sebastian Bach, his family and Baroque contemporaries such as Buxtehude or Handel, brings together orchestras, choirs and soloists, professional and amateur.
