Festival de Chambord

The Festival de Chambord takes place every summer in the courtyard of the Château de Chambord, in the Loir-et-Cher region, under the artistic direction of pianist Vanessa Wagner since its founding. Over several evenings it brings together classical, baroque, jazz and French chanson repertoires, ranging from medieval chants to contemporary works. The exceptional heritage setting of the château, combined with strolling concerts through its gardens, sets this festival apart among classical music events in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
