About
The Festival de Lanvellec et du Trégor takes place in the Saint-Brendan church of Lanvellec, in Brittany's Côtes-d'Armor, built around its celebrated historic organ by Robert Dallam. Founded in 1986 by the RIMAT association (Rencontres Internationales de Musique Ancienne en Trégor), it is devoted to early and baroque music, with concerts spread over several themed weekends featuring instruments such as the lute, harpsichord, viola da gamba and cornett. Musicology talks accompany the concerts, giving context to each programme.
