Festival de Musique Sacrée de Coutances

The Festival de Musique Sacrée de Coutances, also known as the Estivales de musique sacrée, is held every summer in the Manche department, mainly in Coutances Cathedral but also in other churches such as Saint-Pierre or the Sacré-Cœur chapel, and occasionally in nearby Hambye or La Rondehaye. Organized by the Friends of Coutances Cathedral, it brings together several concerts of vocal and instrumental music spanning repertoire from the 16th to the 20th century, including organ recitals, piano recitals, and baroque music. Renowned performers such as pianist Roger Muraro have taken part.
