Festival della Valle d'Itria

Founded in 1975 in Martina Franca, in Puglia, this opera festival is known for reviving rare or forgotten lyric works, spanning the baroque repertoire through to contemporary creation. Performances take place in the courtyard of the Palazzo Ducale and other historic venues in the town, complemented by concerts and events at several heritage sites across Puglia.
