Festival européen de musique renaissance

Founded in 2005, this festival brings together ensembles specializing in Renaissance and early Baroque music each September at the Château du Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence in Amboise. Concerts take place in the castle's park and halls, with a lineup that has featured groups such as Les Arts Florissants and Jordi Savall's Hespèrion XXI.
