Festival International de Musique Mécanique de Wintzenheim

The Festival International de Musique Mécanique de Wintzenheim, in Alsace near Colmar, has gathered barrel organs and other mechanical instruments in the village's streets and squares since 1996. Organized by the 2A2MW association, it draws participants from several European countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands, for free entertainment, exhibitions and concerts. Its fairground atmosphere and focus on mechanical sound heritage make it an unusual gathering for enthusiasts of the genre.
