Festival international de musiques sacrées

The Festival International de Musiques Sacrées has been held in Fribourg, Switzerland, every two years since 1986, mainly in the church of Collège Saint-Michel. Around a dozen concerts take place there in early July, devoted to the sacred repertoire, essentially vocal, bringing together large ensembles and more intimate formations. Since 1998, a cycle entitled "Couleurs du monde" has opened the programme to other cultures.
