Festival Musiques Au Pays de Pierre Loti

This classical music festival takes place across several towns in Charente-Maritime, including the island of Oléron, Rochefort and Saint-Porchaire, with concerts held in theaters, churches and other local cultural venues. Founded about two decades ago, it centers its programming on the writer Pierre Loti and a Mediterranean outlook. Some concerts are paired with oyster or wine tastings.
