Florilège Vocal de Tours

Florilège Vocal de Tours was a national and international choral competition founded in 1972, long unique of its kind in France and a founding member of the European Grand Prix for choral singing (alongside Arezzo, Debrecen, Maribor, Tolosa and Varna). Over fifty years, choirs from dozens of countries gathered in Tours for a spring weekend of competition and performance, before the organising association ended the event for lack of sufficient funding.
