About
Founded in the late 1970s by composer Pehr Henrik Nordgren, this chamber music week takes place in the depths of winter in Kaustinen, a Finnish village known for its folk fiddle tradition. Concerts spanning baroque to contemporary works are held partly at Kaustinen Hall, a 320 seat auditorium carved into bedrock.
