La Musica Lirica

La Musica Lirica takes place in Novafeltria, in Italy's Marche region, through a long-running partnership between the Voci nel Montefeltro academy and the American association La Musica Lirica. Each summer, young opera singers from the United States train in Italian diction and phonetics before performing in the theatres and squares of the Montefeltro area. The event, which traditionally opens the Montefeltro Festival, has made the town a recognized hub for opera training and production in central Italy.
