Le bel été des douves

This summer event takes place in the gardens of Les Douves, a former château in Onzain (Veuzain-sur-Loire), whose open-air setting has a distinctly pastoral charm. On summer Sundays, chamber music concerts bring to life major works from the classical repertoire, from Bach to Beethoven by way of Mozart and Brahms. The season wraps up with an open-air film screening and a jazz aperitif, following on from the site's Printemps des Douves concerts earlier in the year.
