Les rencontres du violoncelle de Moïta

The Rencontres de Violoncelles de Moïta take place every summer in the village churches of Moïta and across the mountainous Oriente region of Corsica. Born in 2000 around a historic cello restored by luthier Ugo Casalonga, the gathering offers entirely free concerts blending classical music, contemporary works and lyrical singing. The event brings together several generations around the celebration of this local musical heritage.
