About
The Amsterdam Mahler Festival is held at the Concertgebouw, a hall with which the composer had a special bond, once calling Amsterdam his second musical homeland. Over about ten days, Gustav Mahler's complete symphonies and songs are performed by major international orchestras, including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, under renowned conductors. Concerts are broadcast live and free on Museumplein, where audiences can follow the performances on a giant screen.
