About
Founded in 1985, the Mosel Musikfestival is the largest and oldest music festival in Rhineland-Palatinate. Each summer it stages around fifty concerts at some forty striking venues along the Moselle valley, from Luxembourg through Trier to Koblenz, including monasteries, churches, castles and wine estates. Centered on chamber music, the programme also spans classical and romantic orchestral works, baroque, jazz and world music.
